Construction Assistant Needed . New to trade? Great Human skills?

You will be an assistant to me, the builder. --Do you want to learn as fast as you are able to absorb information? To the point where you could be building yourself in a matter of a few years? **It is most important to mention that the last two people in this position went from $18/hr. to over $30 per hour in 2 years. I would prefer someone "New-ish". Basic skills should include the use of some power tools, Drill, Impactor, Saws etc. Helpful if you have done small jobs that have included some basic plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinets etc. Not too much, but some,.even if projects at home. **The most important, however; beyond the use of basic power tools, it to understand the value of being a "good human being". Highly conscious and aware would be fantastic. Negative energy toward others and finger-pointing are a couple of reasons for us ending employment relationships within our company. Mistakes are made, we are all human, fixing it and working together to move forward are key. --****Are you available for part time at first, working in to full time fairly quickly? --****Do you have Reliable vehicle to use at first and graduate to a company truck? --Do you want to learn as fast as you are able to absorb information? To the point where you could be a builder yourself in a matter of a few years? As I mentioned, with the two assistants that significantly increased their rate of pay in just 2 quick years.... This is due to the fact that I am not one to keep "my thumb on you" and keep you down because your helping us make money. Our goal is to bring you up as fast as possible so that you can make us all more money, including yourself,..and at the same time, giving our clients a better service at a modest rate due to our efficiency. Some things you might expect to do, are some of the same things I would do, such as clean up a jobsight, take out some trash. Do touch ups to paint or drywall. Move some materials, Run to a jobsite and measure something, dig a small ditch to bury a pipe. Make a store run for some materials. Work from a checklist and make sure items are completed correctly and send great photos to the office,..etc. It's a unique set of requirements, I realize. Who can afford part time with the cost of living on Maui? Maybe you have temporary family support or something that will allow this. The rewards are HUGE though.
