Hi Beautiful Souls, Come join us every 3rd Friday for a vibrant Outdoor ECSTATIC Dance @ The Gainesville Shambhala. This event will be hosted by intuitive heart coach, Leonis Arias & DJ Tailypo, AKA (Riley Leachman 💃🏼🕺🏻 We’ll weave a profound regenerative experience for your mind, body and soul. We combine embodiment practices such as breathwork, visualization, body awareness techniques to facilitate a space of restoration and creativity as you move on the dance floor. Get out of your daily routine! Let's tap into the flow of our bodies and connect with others in a safe heart centered community environment. After the dance you are welcome to stay for Cacao Karaoke! LETS Sing, Socialize and share healthy snacks in a potluck! Advance Ticket Purchase includes a complimentary cup of Holy Wow Cacao! We are located in the back yard of the Shambhala Meditation Center and the event can be accessed through a private gate that is directly between the Shambhala and The Crystal Canvas Salon. Please plan for the weather, if its cold enough we will have a fire🔥 but we suggest that you bring comfy clothes, bug spray and a water bottle!
