Missing Australian Cattle Dog

Please help! Our blue heeler Max went missing on April 7th after somebody opened our side gate and rummaged through our car. He was last spotted April 9th in the Highland Golf Course area. He is 4 years old and about 40 pounds. He is mostly blue with a few large black spots, a mostly black head with brown eyebrows, and a docked tail. He tends to be very skittish around strangers but is very sweet when he warms up to you. We have a very sad 4 year old at home waiting for his return. Any information on where he may be is greatly appreciated.
