Some experience is preferred, but if you are a fast learner and able to follow instructions you'll have the opportunity to drive your career forward through on-the-job training and hard work Staring pay is 17.00 an hour we offer a competative package medical, 401K and bonuses Position Summary: Apply coatings on concrete and steel surfaces Set up and use conventional, airless and plural spray equipment Concrete abrading, grinding and masking Works on concrete and steel surfaces Sets up and uses blast pot and nozzle equipment We are looking for candidates who possess the following traits: Quick learner and hard-working individuals who want to learn a trade. Willing to travel throught the state of California wherever the projects are located Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the ability to move equipment safely. Reliable transportation and availability to work overtime as requested. The ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test. Past painting and sandblasting experience a plus.
