Email Marketing (Mailchimp, ConvertKit or your choice) Email Customer Support Email Organization and CRM Management Email Newsletter / Template Creation Digital Marketing Assistance excluding all social media Audio Transcription to Text (No videos, only audio) Podcast Transcription (Transcription of Show or Show Notes for website or app) How to Guide Creation Basic E-book Creation Training Manual or Spreadsheet Creation HR Recruiting and Assistance Google, Yelp, Ebay, Amazon or Etsy Review Posting and/ or Client Monitoring / Support Optimizing Existing Blog Posts or Content Creation (making content more SEO friendly) Basic Copywriting Services (studying online but open to small projects for experience) Basic SEO Services (studying online but open to small projects for experience) Basic Grant Writing Services (studying online but open to small projects for experience) CS Support *Start at 20/hr* -Chat, Email and Phone Customer Service support *texting and video support not offered at this time -Reply to common customer service questions -Troubleshoot common customer problems through company's policy -Spot patterns in customer dissatisfaction and report them back *open to discussion for additional duties WHO WE ARE We both have WFH and remote work experience prior to the pandemic. K has 10 years of Data entry/ Administrative experience with a keen eye for detail, workflow process creation and implementation, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. J has 10 years of customer service and technical support experience with a drive for productivity, willing and cooperative attitude, and a compassionate and gentle spirit with helping others gain the knowledge or skills they need assistance with. We distribute our workloads evenly when handling Customer Service roles/ positions so please know we will both be handling customer interactions per our available basis. We are open to payment being hourly, fixed price, per project or open to discussion. We only accept Venmo, PayPal or CashApp. Do not reach out regarding check or wire payment.
