Hello my fellow East Valley’rs, I’m a young man from a small farm town back east and now living in a HOA, wall to wall community and I’m feeling claustrophobic...I want to raise livestock such as poultry and goats. I was raised on a farm and very good at doing it. I currently raise quail and tilapia fish but have very limited space. I’m looking to see if someone in the East Valley has some land or farm space that I can rent. I will be doing EVERYTHING so you don’t have any responsibility, except calling me if something is wrong. I will be stopping there pretty much every day to water and feed, but won’t be there too long and will never go near your home or family unless they want to see the animals! I’m more than happy to provide a background check and whatever else you require for me to use the land. Not only will you get to see animals and not have to take care of them, but you’ll also receive fresh eggs/milk, along with vegetables that I grow and of course some money for water and electricity plus your time and space.
