San Francisco high end residential home remodeling construction is looking for a skilled working Foreman! Job Duties: - The first project will be running exterior waterproofing and siding finishes - Manage a small crew and also put work in place with them - Report to a site manger to report to daily - The first project will be running exterior waterproofing and siding finishes - Accurately read and interpret plans - Hands on in all phases of carpentry - Working with, managing, and controlling production costs and efficiency - Work on various projects in the city of San Francisco Must Haves: - 5+ years of hands on supervision/foreman experience within the Residential Market - 10+ years of construction experience overall - Proficiency in rough and finish of all core trades (foundation, frame, finish carpentry) - Familiar with OSHA, EPA and CBC regulations - Quality communication skills - Reliable vehicle Job Details: - Rate: $55 to $60/hour - Typical work week: M to F starting at 8am - This is a long term position - Mileage expenses between job sites covered - Overtime available
