Experience Specialist (Part-Time) TITLE: Experience Specialist REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager, Leadership Team Role & Responsibilities: Experience Specialists ensure that each guest has a memorable visit by engaging and showcasing their vibrant personality and naturally warm presence within a musical experience that is shared with people of all ages. Regular cleaning duties include (but are not limited to): dusting, sanitizing surfaces and installation materials, cleaning floors, changing garbage, etc. • Ensures daily setup fits the artistic design created for the space, and visual standards are maintained. • Is aware of professional presence and acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company’s values and aesthetic Requirements: • Must have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in a fast paced environment (no required) • Must be punctual and reliable. • Must be inclusive and discerning. • Flexible schedule is preferred; weekend availability required. (we operated currently Thursday thru Sunday) • Flexible with tasks throughout the workday. • Has the ability to stand for an extended period of time and lift materials, as needed • Responsible for participating in cleaning procedures for all areas of the venue. This is a part time temporary position. Additional private event opportunities will be available for additional hours to be picked up.
