Staging By The Bay is looking for a General Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for properly preparing and loading home staging furniture & furnishings onto our trucks and then delivering, unloading and carefully placing the furnishings into the client's locations, without damage. Additional responsibilities include: Working with the On-Site Interior Designer by Insuring the client's property is organized and expertly ready for viewing, which entails items such as placing artwork on the walls, carpets vacuumed, wood floors cleaned, all surfaces cleaned, and any finetuning as requested by Interior Designer. Other responsibilities include keeping our warehouses clean and organized. Our working environment includes working inside and outside in both cold and hot temperatures during different seasons, and candidates must be able to work safely and quickly, and be able to lift/carry up to 100+ lbs. Requirements: • Prior experience in general labor, landscaping, transportation, construction, assembly or warehouse is helpful, but not required • Prior moving experience preferred, but not required • Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift and carry items • Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen * For Driver positions - must be 21 years or older and possess a valid drivers license Staging By The Bay is family owned, and we are recognized for our exceptional Interior Design, Real Estate Staging services, Renovation projects and Moving services. ** Starting Pay for a General Laborer is: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. ** Job Type: Full-time, generally M-F, may include weekends, as needed.
