EVER THOUGHT ABOUT BEING A RESTAURATURE?! To a lot of people it might sound like a really crazy idea, to even consider opening a restaurant given The times and the circumstances. I am a veteran of the restaurant business, having more than 30 years experience in all types of food. Italian, Mexican, stir-fry, real Buffalo, (New York) wings, incredible burgers, Killer barbecue with all of the fixins! And then of course good old fashioned meat & potatoes New England style stick to Your Rib's home cookin. I know for a fact that if you tailor your Restaurant to the clientele available, the location and demography, of those folks you will be serving,,, if you serve good food with good service, you will be successful under most circumstances and especially so in a place as unique as Port Townsend. I know that because I've done it many times! I have the skills to make all that happen; what I don't have is the, "Doo re mi", otherwise known as money.
