Bunny Yoga with Courtney
Join us Saturday evening for an uplifting class connecting breath to movement in an environment that encourages overall wellbeing joined with a bonded pair of our very own bunnies. Class will include a gentle warm up, fun flow sequence and deep stretches working into targeted mobility of the muscles and joints. But don't worry, you'll have plenty of time to say hello to our sweet fluffy friends.
Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) as only a limited number are available for use. Masks, hand washing, and social distancing are required, class size is limited to 8, and a commercial HEPA filter circulates fresh air 6x per hour to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
