Need movers

We need moving service and would appreciate if you could help please. We're moving from Thornton CO to Longmont CO. It's about 30 miles. We require the movers to wear masks and gloves, please. Masks required especially when they are in the unit. We prefer licensed and insured movers. The move is from a 3rd floor apartment to a two-story townhouse ground floor. The items to be moved only include the following. Two sofas, each can sit 3. Disassembled crib. Dining table, can sit 4. Dresser with 4 drawers. Moderate size TV desk. Queen size bed with box spring and frame. Full size bed with box spring and frame. Treadmill. 10 ft aluminum step ladder. Washer. All are already packed except for the treadmill.
