Get a small sample of yoga and light therapy at this interactive health fair, plus freebies for all who attend! Yoga with Angie is collaborating with Shine Light Therapy to offer a Self-Care Health Fair 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 1. During the event at the yoga studio, 1502 Wabash Ave. (Wabash Center Mall), visitors can do a short yoga practice, experience light therapy and learn more about both businesses. As a thank you, anyone attending will receive a link for a free video class sample and an ebook about light therapy, as well as resources for coping with stress. Yoga with Angie is a five-star studio that’s only recently opened at this location. Angie Ryan offers a 12-week semi-private yoga program.
