I’m a home flipper/ real estate investor. The other owner and myself do projects hands on and looking for people who have general skills or motivated to learn or already qualified and looking for some extra cash. Hourly rate will be determined by skill and quality of your work. Don’t waste either of our times if you want to stand around or not serious about the opportunity. Both of us are easy going, but won’t tolerate lazy individuals. Could lead to much more opportunity in the future. Work includes: Painting/drywall finishing General job site clean up Rough and finished carpentry Landscaping Site work Much more! Great opportunity for someone looking to gain skills or utilize the skills the already have. Willing to teach if you WANT to learn.
