READY TO SEE YOUR HEALTH DIFFERENTLY IN 2021? 2020 was a whirlwind. It's time to reset! Immerse yourself in a day-long self-care experience of intention setting, create healthy habits, learn how to adapt plant-based nutrition, and participate in mindful techniques, movement, and meditation. Learn from our experts about how you can reboot your mental, physical and spiritual health with all the tools of Traditional, Integrative, Functional, and Ayurvedic Medicine. What to Expect: To get the most out of your experience, we invite you to engage 100% in every activity and plan to be fully present. You will be provided a downloadable workbook. We invite you to read the materials, resources, follow along with the experiential and take notes! We will have breaks and movement exercises between sessions. 9am- 10am Check-In and Centering Meditation: Join us for some light refreshments and tea. Find a comfortable seat and join us for a centering meditation and opening thoughts. 10am- 11am Dealing with Difficult Emotions: Listen to Julie Rake walk you through an informational dialogue on how to deal with difficult emotions. She will guide us through an emotional clearing exercise that will leave you unburdened. 11am-12pm Overcoming Feeling Stuck in Old Habits: In this hour, Dr. Jyoti Patel will tackle the main reasons why we fail to follow through with our New Year's intentions. Learn about ways to break out of old patterns and create new ones that move you closer to your best health. We will discuss self-sabotage with poor sleep, inactivity, and self-limiting beliefs and strategies to overcome them. Participants will engage in an interactive experience to create small shifts in behavior which will result in exponential shifts in health. 12pm- 1pm How to Adopt a Plant-Based Diet: Enjoy an interactive experience with Dr. Jyoti Patel as we discuss the Integrative and Functional benefits of a plant-based diet, the medical evidence to support it, old wisdom from Ayurdevic texts, how to build each meal to optimize health, along with simple tips, tools and resources to help you successfully transition your meals. We will also have a mindful eating experience with food tastings. 1pm-2pm Daily Routines & Detox: Health is driven by habits, not willpower. Let us guide you in a detox experiential which will help you identify the habits, things, routines that are not serving you and your health goals. We will also help you create a new daily routine with new habits, experiences, people, things that will bring you closer to your perfect health. We will close our retreat with an intention-setting ceremony to seal your vision for the future! At our premiere Return To Health Retreat, it is our mission to utilize the wisdom of Traditional, Integrative, Functional and Ayurvedic medicine modalities to help you release the emotional, mental and spiritual toxicity that’s accumulated within you. We will guide you through emotional clearing techniques, induce relaxation through guided meditations, experience the bliss of mindfulness and share informational and inspirational dialogue. We will close with an intention setting ceremony so that we can all move towards fulfilling our dreams and push beyond our perceived limitations. We can’t wait to see you there!
