Pacific Northwest Healing and Wellness Center is now offering Saturday meditation classes that are suited for all levels!
I am an RYT-500 Yoga Instructor, Meditation Instructor, Mindfulness Instructor, and Group Healing Instructor.
I have practiced for more than twenty years.
Here are some of the benefits of meditation according to the Mayo Clinic:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations.
Building skills to manage your stress.
Increasing self-awareness.
Focusing on the present.
Reducing negative emotions.
Increasing imagination and creativity.
Increasing patience and tolerance.
Come out and join us for a one-hour meditation in the Phinney neighborhood. If the weather is good we will be outside, if not we will move inside.
We will practice sitting meditation, walking meditation, and a group activity based on meditation.
I practice and share Zen meditation.
Please bring a cushion, towel and water bottle. You may also sit on the floor or bring a folding chair.
Classes will be Saturday mornings, exact time TBD.
Classes will start in one-two weeks depending on interest.
The cost for each class is only $10.
