She is a small dog that looks like a husky. She is 14 years old and has a bad medical condition and needs her medication. She hacks but she is not choking. It has to do with her heart. This is my brothers dog and in 14 years she has never been loss. She is losing her hearing and eyesight as well. Her name is Lucy. If you've seen her please contact me here.
