Large Independent Full Service Automotive Repair Facility looking for a Full Time Experienced Professional Automotive Service Consultant/Advisor. Prefer above average positive "can do" attitude, who is honest, motivated, articulate, and possesses a great work ethic with good Team orientation, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service with exemplary communication skills. *Automotive technical background & knowledge required. *Duties include Scheduling Appointments, Greeting & Interviewing Customers, Selling Vehicle Repairs & Maintenance Services. *Preparation & estimate write-ups from technician's recommendations adhering to write it right principles & presenting to customers. *Must have good listening skills to interpret customer descriptions of vehicle issues and to accurately translate said issues. *Ability to Provide Exceptional Customer Service by Educating & Advising customers as well as keeping them informed of the status if there vehicle and approved costs. *Must be willing and able to adapt to company & management process policies & procedures. *Availability to work Saturdays. **********PLEASE EMAIL RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION********** Permanent full-time Wage negotiable depending upon experience $50k - $75k + benifits, US industry average is $60K yearly.
