Description

Must have experience and ability to communicate efficiently with the office. Will be responsible for performing general labor service calls throughout the day, and residential projects on/off as well. Must use own vehicle for the first month(reimbursed for gas), then will be provided a work van once we know you better *Must have a drivers license* Skills needed : Repairing doors and replacing hardware, hanging things, installing transitions strips, installing carpet and cocomats, trouble shooting and repairing overhead doors and compactors, Spackling, painting, power washing, installing light bulbs, trouble shooting and replacing ballast, clearing clogged toilets, trouble shooting internal toilet parts, replacing toilets and sinks, repairing sinks, replacing outlet covers, replacing water filters, installing floor tiles, installing ceiling tiles, installing weather stripping, bathroom and kitchen remodels, decks, ETC
