Help sawing up down trees

I'm clearing about an acre or two of land for myself to build a house on soon. I've got down all the trees I want down and now I'm cutting them up in large chunks and piling them up for later use, potentially for natural building purposes soon and later (cob, cordwood, log cabin, etc). I have 40+ average pine trees that need to be cut up. Instead of doing it all myself, as I had originally planned, I want to see what price someone else is willing to do it for.
