Driver needed for taking photos of ugly houses!

Hi there, my name is Ashley and I'm looking for houses to buy. I took the photos above of trashed houses as an example. $50 bucks to drive for 2 hours in these zip codes in Sacramento: 95823, 95828, & 95835 The goal is to collect as many of these distressed-ugly houses you see during your drive. Aiming for 100-150 houses. When hired for the gig, you will use our mobile app to track and collect all the houses found during the drive. Requirements of the houses we are looking for: - ugly, nasty, messy, trashed, trashy, garbage overflowing inside/outside, disgusting hoarder houses - the worse, the better! - tall grass, trees/bushes not trimmed (wildly so) - wheelchair ramps - single pane windows (aluminum frame windows, not white frame windows) - vacant: boarded up, OR nobody living there for a while - houses or land with a DIY/homemade looking "for sale" sign with phone number - anywhere in the SF Bay Area! - houses that you would grade "D" or "F" on school report card Houses we are NOT interested in: - has a professional FOR SALE sign on it with a real estate agent's name - immaculate houses in GREAT condition, already fixed up or well maintained - maybe needs some touch up paint job or minor updating, but is otherwise A-OK
