Description
I've been on my journey to recovery since 2 years ago. To be honest, it felt very lonely at times. Sharing my story with people who didn't experience an eating disorder was scary. That's why I created Amity and want to share this with you. Amity is an anonymous, professionally moderated support forum & community group. It's completely free. Join at www.joinamity.com
We have specializing therapists onboard and more to come. Our therapist moderators and certified facilitators will guide discussions in thoughtful directions and share high quality resources. We'll heal together.
We respect your privacy, and don’t even ask for your name to sign up. Our forum is completely anonymous. Intimate, close connections can be hard to find online. You can choose to opt-in to anonymous, identity-centered smaller groups (like a group for parents, a LGBTQ+ group, etc). We can also pair you into groups of 12-15 people based on your interests so that you have a circle to lean on.
Again, this community is absolutely FREE. It takes just an email address and 2 mins to join. We believe community support should be accessible to all.
Whether you're healing your relationship with food or supporting a loved one, I hope this helps you find people who understand. In the future, we plan to have live, therapist-led support sessions and discussion calls. Everything will still be anonymous.
If you're interested, make sure to sign up. We'll start onboarding members into the community.

We're all in this together.
