Caregiver Needed Limited PT For Autistic 22 Yr Old Son

Seeking a caregiver for my 22 yr old son who is amazing and also non verbal but high functioning autistic Need will be PT as I am about to retire, and usually limited to when I travel. The shifts would be 8 to 4 and paid for by consumer direct of Va, which you would need to register with if not already. Again, let me repeat this is very limited but generally when I travel it will be for fri sat and sundays. My son is generally very happy to be on his computer the entire day and will need help in food and snack prep, needs help toileting(number one fine, number two needs assistance wiping due to tactile issues). He takes a while to get used to new people but does respond better to females. Need you to be smart, great sense of humor, patient, kind and trustworthy(interview and vetting will be required). Work in general will be very easy, but in case he has any needs he can't take care of will need your assistance and so the opening. Long term would be awesome so a retired person might be a better choice but not ruling out younger candidates, although it is much harder for them to commit to long term.
