We finally got this little feral kitty (temp named Butterscotch) socialized and ready for a home when Covid hit. We love her and would keep her if we could, but we already have 2 cats and live in an apartment.
She uses the litterbox well. She has been spayed and had all of her shots. She just needs a forever home now.
She is a fraidy cat until she trusts you. She just needs patience and love. Once she trust you, she is full of affection. She doesn't need to be on you all the time, but likes being curled up near you. If you are around the home mostly, she will bond much faster.
She is startled by fast movements and loud noises so I'm pretty certain little children will not be welcomed by her.
She should be an only cat, or at least the first cat. It took so long to get her socialized, but I don't see her ever being easy with rowdy noises and movements of playing children.
She likes fancy feast but would adapt to cheaper food.
And she loves to play with little mice she rips apart, but has so much fun doing it. They are cheap at Walmart 10 for $6.
She is ready when you are.
