We are looking for a window cleaning technician and offer very flexible scheduling options. Experience is not required but we strongly prefer someone with ladder experience. People with roofing, climbing or painting experience are a great fit. People very comfortable working on ladders are a great fit. Compensation: During training you will be paid $13 per hour. Training typically takes 4-5 shifts. This is part time gig to start as we need help for the next 2-3 months during our busy season. But the job does have full time potential and offers very flexible scheduling options. Once training is completed you will earn $17 per hour as your base/floor pay OR a commission if that is higher than the $17 per hour base. An average technicians earnings equate to $25-$35 per hour (depending on efficiency). You will also earn tips often! An average tip is $20-$25 You can also earn extra income by upselling at job sites and with earning online reviews (Google/Yelp. etc) we also pay review bonuses. The gig pays very well but it's physical work and outside in the sun/heat. Employment type: Part time gig to start for the next 2-3 months but with full time potential for the right person. Experience is not required but is preferred, we are happy to train but you must be very comfortable with ladder work and have a valid drivers license. Must be VERY comfortable working on ladders. MUST have a valid drivers license in good standing. MUST have a bank account, we do not cut manual checks, auto pay thru ADP is a must Must be legal to work and have 2 valid forms of ID Must be presentable / well spoken and comfortable dealing with customers and discussing job details Must have reliable transportation. Must be comfortable working outdoors in the heat. Must be comfortable on ladders and working while on a ladder or roof. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 Lbs. Most jobs are on the west side of the valley in the Summerlin area and our start/meet locations are usually in that area. This is a part time gig to start. With flexible scheduling options.
