I have 2 properties that I want grass cut / remove anything on the fences. I want to do it once every month. Both are vacant so you would need to make sure that you clean the trash that the wind pushed in before mowing. Detroit Property - ~3400 sq ft Hamtramck Property - ~5000 sq ft The ground isn't all perfect, so you would run into many places where you would need to use a weed wacker (small tree stumps and/or un-even grounds).
