Description

Appa and Pabu are two month old brothers with endless energy. They were an unexpected litter from our rescue female. They are looking for an experienced home with at least 10-12 sqft of single level space to give them, as this is the minimum requirement for a pair of boars. Those who have done their research are also welcomed to contact me! Appa is a rex guinea pig with fluffy wiry fur and fun curly whiskers. He is bold and curious, and loves to see what you're up to. He will peak his head over the wall of the cage to see you and let you boop his nose. He's always running around with Pabu and pop corning all over the cage! Pabu is an American guinea pig, who is all black except a single orange back leg! He has a beautiful silver undercoat. He is more skittish and we are working on confidence, but he's more than happy to say hi when food is involved. When he gets excited he sounds like a little race car with his chirps as he races around the cage! Together these boars are getting along well, and love to popcorn and stick together like glue! They are definitely an energetic pair. They are currently eating Oxbow young guinea pig pellets, timothy, and love their fresh veggies. They come with everything you'll need to care for them, including their 12 sqft cage, its a 2x4 with 2x2 arm L shaped cage. They can come without this, but I will require pictures of the new set up. They will also come with their hides, kitchen box, two sets of fleece, pellets, toys, and a couple of boxes of apple sticks. They will have approximately 10 lbs of hay as well, depending on how long it takes for them to go home. The rehoming fee is $100 for everything, or $80 for just the boys. Like I mentioned, I will be very picky about who can take these boys. I want to ensure they are going to an amazing forever home! If you're interested, please contact me with your name and experience or knowledge level of guinea pigs! Their mom Marigold and her friend Lilian, a skinny pig, are also trying to find their perfect home. They're much calmer and cuddlier, so if that sounds perfect to you check out their posting too!
