Aqua Blue Pool Services has been servicing the Lakeway and Spicewood areas for nearly 20 years. We are one of the largest pool service companies in Austin. We are seeking a Pool Service Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The winning candidate will be a customer focused, motivated self-starter who has the maturity to perform the role with minimal supervision. The company is looking for a professional who is looking to constantly raise the standard as our business grows. The job is Monday through Friday servicing a specific route. The routes are set to minimize driving time so as to eliminate unproductive time for the employees. Responsibilities: • Remove debris from pool and check pool equipment. • Brush pool walls and stairs, vacuum pool. • Test water chemistry and adjust as necessary. • Diagnosing pool maintenance issues and report issues as required. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. • Track all equipment and supplies. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Exhibit professional conduct at all times, including while driving the company vehicle. • Wear company provided uniform at all times. Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • The ability to lift 50lbs or more • Strong work ethic, integrity and accountability • Good interpersonal skills and ability to show initiative. • Be willing and able to work outdoors year round and cope with the physical demands of the job Compensation: Aqua Blue Pool Services seek long term employees.
