Looking for an extra hand this season. We are booked and the phone is still ringing off the hook. The position is mostly lawn care. I need someone with enough attention to detail that they won't weed eat siding and ac condensers. I have to say it because I see it all over the area... There will be regular lifting (50lbs sometimes more), 8 hour days in the hot sun, and I need someone skilled enough at driving to handle a big truck with a small trailer attached. A car and phone are a requirement. Needless to say all hire ons will be drug screened and a background check will be performed. We do not accept felons, sorry. Our clients require absolutely no record. There is a 2 week probation period, I want to see what you are all about. You will be shadowing me and I will be watching you like a starved hawk. For this two week period I have 10/h under the table. After we get to know each other, Ill hire you on with a sizable pay increase, at this point the training wheels come off and you are going to have to be as self sufficient as possible. Hours vary as needed, but we are swamped... so... expect to work 3-5 days a week( again... swamped... more 5 days than 3s). This is seasonal work we officially end after November, but slow down dramatically in Oct. As far as pay goes, I have $14.20 an hour.
