Do you work at a company where the upper management does not even know how to promote a health environment? Do they truly believe in creating a good working environment? Do they put there employees and their family members in harms way and at risk? If this sounds like your employer you made the wrong career decision. Its simply amazing that a group of people who have bachelors degree who do not know how to communicate. They don't take the time to communicate. Or they are part of the problem and are the enablers in the situation. Or their department heads have cross the line and gone to far and are fearful that they will be sued.
