Cat to be rehomed for free

I have a black long haired 5 yr old female cat that needs to be rehomed, to a good family that will love her and take great care of her. She is sweet and loves to cuddle. She loves kids and other cats. She is also ok with dogs. She's been spayed and is up to date on all shots. She is FREE to a good family!! We unfortunately can't take her to our new rental home and it kills us to have to give her up but the landlords won't allow any cats.
