Found on the sidewalk in front of Sugar River Pizza / Cabela's in the Prairie Lakes area of Sun Prairie, WI. There's water in it but it turned on with a message stating that moisture has been detected and to let it dry before charging (well that's smart!). If you think this is yours, send me an email and let me know the model and cell service provider (I could see that from the initial screen). Then come and unlock it as proof of ownership. If I don't hear from anyone by April 18th I'll take it to the cell phone provider to see if they can located the owner.
