Hi, I have a property located by 48th and chestnut St in Philadelphia (University City, West Philly). I am looking for someone to come by to perform the following for me: 1. Clean off the steps. 2. Sweep out the gap between the steps and the house next door. 3. Sweep up and bag the debris (leaves, bags, etc.), in the area behind the gate. This involves moving the garbage cans and placing them back. The area where the lower window is (which has a drain) must be cleaned out as well. The trash that is swept up must be bagged and placed in one of the trash cans. 4. Sweep up area in front of side walk. I can pay you via Paypal or Venmo. Before and after pic are to be provided.
