Job: Indoor Pool Services Technician Year-round- Full Time Responsibilities: • Maintain pools including cleaning pools, checking chemical levels, adding appropriate chemicals to pool, and inspecting pool equipment • Understanding of basic water chemistry, filter cleanings, backwashing, algae treatments • Vacuuming, brushing of sidewalls, cleaning pump and skimmer baskets, etc. • Check on pool equipment and report any issues with the operation of the equipment • Responding quickly to and communicating clearly to inquiries from customers • Log all service with company mobile app • Troubleshoot problems Requirements: • Must be well spoken, dedicated and organized individual with good work ethics • Some pool experience preferred, but will provide training • Great positive attitude and professional demeanor • Maintain the highest standards in customer service and professional and ethical conduct • Self-starter who can work alone without the need for constant management. If you need to be micromanaged, please don't apply for this job. • Ability to use smartphone and email. • CPO/TPO Certification a plus • Ability to multi-task • Technical knowledge of pool equipment (pumps, filters, etc.) preferred. • Must have valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, and good driving.
