Job Description Concrete restoration and industrial coatings company is seeking individuals to join crews. Potential for Lead Crew roles, if we feel you are a good fit. Experience in spray-on coating applications is preferred, but we are willing to train if you are a hard worker and willing to learn a new trade. This job requires labor-intensive work. VALID drivers license IS required. Must be willing to travel 2-3 weeks at a time. During travel time food per diem is given and lodging expenses are covered. Additional job requirements - - Dependable - MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL - Experience with power tools - Good attitude and work ethic -18 years old. 21 Years of age for crew lead positions. Pay Range Entry level - $15.00 - With a raise given after 6 weeks if we feel it is a good fit. Intermediate Level - $15.00 - $17.00 Advance - $17.00 - $19.00 Job Type: Full-time Required experience: Construction: 2 years Required license or certification: Driver's License Job Type: Full-time plus overtime Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
