Handyman/Carpenter/Fencing Wanted

Homeowner Has a Husky who can climb existing fence I need someone to install "coyote roller bars" (pvc pipe look up on Youtube) on existing fence, there may be panels of fence that need to be replaced or a new fence installed behind existing fence preferably 6 ft to keep him from climbing fence. I also have a storage shed I want converted to a doghouse, insulated, and a window cut out and a window air conditioner installed with a dog door in the front. My female dog had 10 puppies that are now 6 weeks and need to be outside. I want a doghouse that is comfortable as they are used to being inside. I want estimates given for the complete job. If you have no experience OR DO NOT HAVE THE TOOLS NECESSARY FOR THE JOB do not waste my time or yours I will not pay for a shoddy job or inferior work it must be good work.
