Electrician needed

I need an electrician to diagnose and repair an issue in my bedroom. The circuit in my bedroom does not have power. Multiple sockets do not work. The AC system and hot water heater don't seem to be getting any power either. I am wondering if the breaker needs to be replaced or an outlet on this circuit. Some outlets have power but the lights aren't as bright as they were before. I can pay through Venmo or PayPal. Please call or text if interested.
