Landscaping labor help needed

I have landscaping projects I need help with. Recently pinched a nerve in my back and can’t do the work I usually do. Work Tuesday-Friday, 6-8 hours per day,$14 hour cash. We will be do various projects from bed renovations, mulch, patios, retaining walls. Do not email me if you are not serious. Everytime I put an add up like this, I get people that don’t show up, want more money, ecetra.... I don’t play games, I have a business to run. Due to my back problems and not being able to do much your gunna need to be able to follow directions without problem. I’m not gunna ask you to do anything I wouldn’t do. You must... -Have a vehicle. Willing to meet me at job site. We will be working throughout Omaha - be physically fit. No health issues please. -have some experience with landscaping, doing labor work. -look presentable to customers, have appropriate boots/shoes. -willing to work unsupervised. There will be times I will leave to pickup materials(mulch, soil, equipment) and do dump runs. I will be clear on what you can be doing while I am gone. -have a positive demeanor, clear communication, and able to follow instructions.when emailing me, use the word ‘Aloha’ in the subject line.
