Car paint polishing

I have a 10 year old black car with really scratchy paint. I am looking for someone with experience polishing car paint because a 'light buffing' etc. will not cut it. I've even wet sanded part of it... I have all the gear and supplies and I am getting it done myself but it is slow going. I'm unemployed and not ready to pay high rates for a shop! If you charge high rates you need to be really good, very experienced and really fast! I will super clean the car including iron removal, I will be painting some replacement parts so it's not the whole car and I will do the sealant. This job is to polish doors, 3 of 4 fenders, small trunk (Ford Focus) and rear bumper.
