Busy Female Entrepreneur Seeks Personal Assistant Two busy and successful female entrepreneurs — one an Academy Award-nominated filmmaker and the other a small business owner — seek a top-notch Family Assistant / Personal Assistant to share. This will be a full-time position split between the two of us, so you will work 3 days/week with one and 2 days/week with the other, with some flexibility. Both of us have full-time office help and childcare, so this position will mostly be about assisting with household tasks, personal errands, and ensuring both households are running smoothly. This job requires meticulous attention to detail to manage personal and household tasks. Ideal candidate is upbeat, extremely organized, thorough and proactive with strong technical skills, and who excels at and enjoys bringing organization into the home. This job could entail some domestic and overseas travel (in a post-Covid world) so a passport and sense of adventure is a huge plus. RESPONSIBILITIES -The assistant will be responsible for errands, appointments, calendaring, gifts, personal requests etc. -Ensure household is always organized -Manage family calendar -Coordinate with executive assistants and other company staff as needed -Make medical and other appointments as required -Travel planning - booking travel and accommodations, packing, traveling with family if required -Occasional light party planning assistance - booking venue, shopping for supplies, sending invites. -Package management - outgoing packages and returns -Manage vendors servicing the house as needed -Create and follow the maintenance manuals as necessary -Vehicle maintenance, registration, and filling cars with gas -Maintain bills and bank accounts, organize receipts and manage credit card statements credit card reconciliation-paying bills and managing household expenses -Pitching in with any childcare for sweet and well-behaved 6yo girl and 2yo boy, should the need arise -Drive family members to appointments SKILLS -Team player -Warm and loving with a can-do attitude. -Good at being proactive and taking direction well -Strong home making skills- friendly, positive and flexible -Organized - Thrives on keeping the home and principles lives organized. -Structured thinker and problem solver. -Multi-tasker - Ability to parallel process and manage time well -Good communicator - keep principles apprised of progress and seek input as required. -Good rapport with the kids - a 6 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. -Technologically savvy - good command of MSOffice, Google Suite and iPhone/Apps. -Take pride in the work - Devote best efforts in performing responsibilities diligently SCHEDULE M-F 9am-5pm with some flexibility if required. Should be able to work occasional nights and weekends if necessary. COMPENSATION $15-$20/hour depending on experience Mileage reimbursed, meals provided References required.
