Please Apply In Person Motel 6 Moreno Valley 23581 Alessandro Blvd Moreno Valley, CA 92553 Primary Responsibilities: - Cleans and services assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards. - Notifies guest services (front desk) when service is complete so rooms may be sold. Reports any room unable to be serviced within appropriate time standards to supervisor. - Reports needed repairs of unsafe conditions to supervisor. - Maintains linen cart and supplies neat and organized to department standards. - Follows procedures for team cleaning and self-inspecting program. Follows Supervisors directions accurately and promptly. -Collects trash throughout the hotel including room attendants' carts, vending and room service areas, offices and rest rooms. -Dusts, cleans, and straightens furniture. -Vacuums all areas according to a schedule or when needed. -Maintains constant supply of clean linens for the hotel. -Performs all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, loading and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), folding, storing and delivering. -Manage cleaning efficiency linen reclaim % and cleaning consistency per load. Provide feedback to supervisors to adjust for efficiency. -Clean laundry machinery and laundry area. Keep area free of debris. -Communicate with front desk and rooms dept. -Follow established laundry procedures to ensure chemical safety. -Provide cleaning support to lobby and common bathrooms. -Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day. -Responds to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely and efficient manner. -Reports lost and found articles to supervisor.
