We have a 200 Sqft private room located UPSTAIRS. It has a bit of furniture (bed, dining table etc) plus a full sized refrigerator and some kitchen appliances. Renting out for photoshoots at $20/hr, 3 hour minimum. There is AC and heat. The room is the only one upstairs so there will be privacy. There is no bathroom but we have one downstairs. Room also has a portable camping sink. You are welcome to bring any food and supplies. If you need to bring pets that will be case by case and an additional charge.
