Due to leaks, mold, surgeries, we totally missed that our property taxes were due yesterday :/ We have the check all ready, we just need a kind soul who happens to have an Old School hand cancel Postal device to borrow so we can send it yesterday 4/10/21. It's been a very rough year (a flood/mold/having to move out for nearly a year/dealing with unscrupulous Restoration companies/surgeries..).
