U-Haul Storage Auctions MONDAY, APRIL 19th - KC AREA PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MASK AND LOCKS We will start at 9:00 at the first location then go in order as follows: State - 5200 State Ave, KCKS Downtown - 1520 Locust, KCMO Downtown - 3100 Main, KCMO 24 and Noland - 305 E 24 Hwy, Independence MO 70 and Noland - 4322 S Noland Rd, Independence MO All announcements, including location deletions, made day of sale take precedence over any printed or digital material. No registration is required - just be prepared to pay your bill at each location and have your own lock for each unit purchased. Your name as successful bidder will be taken following each unit sale. We accept cash or debit and credit cards for payment. We reserve the right to collect clean-up deposit which will be refunded when your unit is empty and clean. Units must be empty within 24 hours unless arrangements have been made with U-Haul storage management. The contents of each unit are unknown. Bidders are allowed to look but not to enter when units are opened. Auctions will continue to other locations as listed. The same procedures will be followed at each U-Haul Storage location.
