I NEED A RELIABLE HANDYMAN with PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND ATTITUDE. YOU MUST HAVE Your OWN VEHICLE AND TOOLS. I HAVE STEADY CONSISTENT ONGOING WORK. I am looking for someone that has multiple skills/trades. I do not need someone who does JUST Paints or JUST does only Electrical or JUST Plumbing...You NEED to have all the skills below. MUST HAVE experience in ALL the following: PAINTING PLUMBING (Toilet Install, faucet changes, etc) Not major repair or replacement ELECTRICAL (GFI install, Ceiling fans, etc) Not major rewiring DRYWALL TILE INSTALLATION CARPENTRY I have multiple home projects that I want closed out. I am busy, so I'd like a PROFESSIONAL, who values my time, has good WORK ETHICS and COMPLETES TASK ON-TIME. MOST IMPORTANTLY, COMMUNICATES FREQUENTLY AND HONESTLY. For example if a job looks to be a 10 day job, don't tell me 5 days also when a goes over schedule/budget some honest dialogue is required. No tiptoeing. If interested, reach out.
