Sweet well-loved black and tan male Yorkie puppy with special needs as a runt. Has had a lot of TLC. Searching for the right home, preferably with children as he has been well handled. Rehome fee will apply. Very sweet disposition but nowhere the size of a standard sized Yorkie.
