Description
We are looking to hire a couple of maintenance employees for long term rental properties in Knoxville and surrounding areas. This position is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with opportunities to work some Saturdays if desired. Candidates need to have experience in handyman type work, painting, minor plumbing, minor carpentry or other property maintenance related experience that is verifiable.
-Must be a self-starter, responsible, and reliable.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Must have own tools. Specialty tools when needed will be provided.
-Will need a phone to communicate with personnel since work is off-site.
-Must be drug and alcohol free.
Pay starts at $15/hr and is based on experience.
