Carpenters needed to help build house

I need carpenters with residential construction experience to help me frame my new house. You don't have to be a framing expert, but the more framing experience you have the more I can pay. If you're interested and have some skills, you might also stay on to help me with plumbing and wiring. I also need a couple of good, hard-working helpers with some residential construction experience. Some framing experience would be helpful.
