Just for clarity, we are NOT looking to sub-contract. We're looking to grow our Handyman & Home Service business with Associates. An Associate will essentially work alone (exclusively for our company), completing the work orders scheduled day by day. The company provides a vehicle with all the tools and equipment necessary, all the materials, and work orders for each project to complete. Associates are expected to log the work orders, all the material supplied, the amount of time worked, as well as other small details. Our company provides a wide variety of services, but we do NOT provide quotes. We tend to focus on the projects that are too small and often left ignored. Because these projects are small enough, scheduling projects directly saves time and money on unnecessary quotes. Associates will need to be skilled in multiple aspects of construction, including but not limited too; Painting, Drywall, Flooring, Windows/Doors, Siding, Cabinets, Tile, Landscaping, Caulking/Sealing, Finish Carpentry, etc.. We do NOT perform any projects that require licensing or permits. Within time Associates will be promoted to Regional Directors and oversee multiple zip codes assigned to new Associates. As of now, we do NOT offer any benefits, although we anticipate to offer a 401(k) as well as Healthcare coverage before 2022.
