$150-$200 per site! Strong person needed for work ASAP!!!

Jobs

Lincoln NE

Description

Hi, I need a strong person for moving heavy telecom cabinets, batteries, and work days and sometimes nights on a crew of 4 guys total. This job is doing work at cell sites all over the state of Nebraska. I will cover all hotel expenses up front if you have to travel to the job, which is very common. I don't need someone super technical for this position, but there is opportunity to move up to a higher paid job if you work out well with the crew. This is a permanent job if you work out longer than 2 weeks. Pay will be between $150-$200 per site on a 1099 to start, depending on your current skill set. It takes a full day to complete 1 site roughly 9 hours give or take depending on the job. Part of the job includes loading and unloading the box trucks. I need someone solid and RELIABLE. Someone that can work on an odd schedule. We will require weekend work, but the pay is the same, because the hours are not Monday through Friday 9-5. We make a schedule for a few weeks at a time, then there will be a week off. Typically it’s 3 weeks on, and one week off. Plan on 5 sites per week. We move fast, and I need someone that can not only keep up, but can think for themselves, drive themselves to the job site or the warehouse. I can Not stress enough how bad I need someone that will show up and work! If you have personal issues that might prevent you from getting to work on time, then this is not the position for you. Feel free to send me resumes. Please don’t reply to this job if you don’t have reliable transportation, or if you’re into drugs, or if you have a problem working with others in a close environment. This is a great gig for someone that’s willing to show up and put the work in. I expect the best effort possible. If it works out, I will keep you on permanently as a member of a crew. We are looking for 3 guys, so I will accept teams replying, but don’t reply to this ad if you’re a head hunter trying to be a middle man. I do background checks, but I am understanding of certain issues. We have guys that have had very rocky pasts, but they’re hard workers now and are not only doing great, they’re making a lot of money. Again, do Not answer this ad if you are on drugs, have any substance abuse issues, can’t lift over 80 lbs, don’t have your own reliable transportation, or work slow. I'm looking for strong reliable people to stay on the team for the next 3-4 years. I have been in business for almost 11 years, and this project will be going through 2024 from what we have been told. I have a lot of other jobs that we do, but this is what we need now. Take a look at the photos, and you'll get an idea of what you will be moving around. Thanks and good luck!
